How to jumpstart your creativity in 3 steps
Not sure what to write for your first blog post? You’re not alone. Blogging as a therapist doesn’t mean you have to share your personal story or publish something every week. It’s about offering thoughtful, helpful content that speaks to the kinds of questions your ideal clients are already typing into Google.
Think of each post as a gentle way to connect. You might write about what burnout really feels like, how anxiety shows up in everyday life, or tips for setting boundaries without guilt. Start with topics you talk about often in session–those are the same things people are searching for online.
As you write, remember to make your posts easy to read and scan. Break up long paragraphs with clear headings, and use bullet points or short lists when it makes sense. Not only does this help your readers–it also helps search engines understand and rank your content. Clear, helpful, human–that’s the goal.
